  Car Insurance
Motor insurance is not a luxury; it is a necessity. Under the Road Traffic Act every driver on the roads of the UK needs to be insured against their liability for injury or damage to others. This includes passengers, other drivers, pedestrians, property and other vehicles. The minimum level of insurance that you are legally required to have in UK is third party insurance.

There are three basic types of car motor insurance covers

1) Third Party

2) Third Party Fire Theft

3) Comprehensive

As mentioned Third Party motor insurance covers the required liability insurance required by law. Third party covers this along with the possible theft of the vehicle should it be stolen (There is normally an excess involved which means that this amount is paid for by the individual before the claim is settled you will notice this within the enquiry application form and there is further explanation of this in the HELP section). Comprehensive motor insurance vehicle policies normally (check the policy) cover all this plus any accidental damage to ones' own vehicle, medical expenses and the loss of personal items within a limit, along with any medical expenses incurred to a specified limit. Please note that we specialise in finding insurance quotes specifically for a new cars we unfortunately do not deal with any classic car insurance.
